Returns

These items can only be returned if not used,

This means no fuel has been used the car has not run or been driven.

Basically the car is returned in the same condition as it was supplied.

This is because the retuned item cannot be guaranteed in good order; hence it would be impossible to resell.

Customers having difficulty with the complexity or do not understand the running tuning of a Nitro car, we will help as best we can , however we do not accept this as an excuse for returning the car. No refund will be offered.

Cars that have a clear manufacturing fault will be repaired / replaced without question.

Pull starts are not covered by any warranty. Snapping cords happen because the cord has been rubbing against the body or engine and like a saw cuts thru the cord. Cord comes all the way out; this is due to the pull start being pulled to far and has been ripped from its moorings.

Collateral damage is not covered by any form of warranty repairs are chargeable

Goods returned under warranty and found to be in good working order, the end user is responsable for the returned postage.

Returning faulty goods

It is the buyer's responsibility to return the goods at their cost for inspection. If found to be faulty warranty will replace/ repair the goods, then return them to you at our cost without question.

Goods returned and found to have no fault, shall be placed in a secure area within the shop. Post and Packing must be reimbursed prior to the return of the goods. The cost of the carriage depends on the size of the product and how you would like it shipped.

Covering film on ARTF models

The covering may have slackened which is due to the climatic differences between the Far East and the UK. The first task is to work your way around the model with your heat gun/iron carefully tighten the covering ensuring it is well attached to the wood underneath. Take care not to melt the surface or decals; do not run your hand over any sagging film or bubble areas, as you may wrinkle the film
